Due to schedule delay and pricing difference at my normal service shop, I decided to have our 2011 Honda CRV air conditioning system inspected and repaired at Melanson's. Not only was their approach "incremental" (ie, check for refrigerant leak first, then inspect for and repair more complex problems as necessary), they also offered rebuilt components, which are covered by warrantee. Repair was completed in a timely manner, and I've been completely satisfied with the performance of the A/C system. A job well done!
I think they diagnosed it and got it right.
It was good. They did everything I wanted and the price was fair. They are just very friendly people. They give you fair prices and they will tell you if they are overpriced and will recommend someone else.
